Are Mirotec Wraps suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, they usually are safe and suitable for sensitive skin, however, everyone is different so we like you to self assess with any problem or condition that you might suffer. You are the best judge of whatever suits your body.

We suggest that you start using Mirotec Wraps for about 10 minute sessions when starting. Increase usage each day to see whether there is a reaction with your skin. Stop using with any adverse skin reaction.

Can I use Mirotec Wraps with medicated rubs/creams or ointments

Always be wary of alcohol-based creams and liniments. Wait about 6 hours before applying and testing the area with a Mirotec Wrap. We suggest that you start using Mirotec Wraps for about 10 minute session when starting. Increase usage each day to see whether there is a reaction with your skin.

Please discontinue use with any reaction.

How long will my Mirotec Wrap last?

With proper use according to our instructions, your Mirotec Wrap will last for years. Mirotec Wraps are easy to care for as they can be gently machine washed or hand washed. Hang them up to air dry for the best results.

Do  the Mirotec Wraps get warm?

Mirotec wraps provide all-day or all-night comfort, retaining soothing warmth deep within the body without feeling hot to the touch.

How long should I leave Mirotec Wraps on for?

For best results, wear Mirotec wraps for at least 60 minutes per session. The longer you wear them, the more pronounced the beneficial effects. Many customers use them all day or overnight for continuous relief.

15-20 minutes may be sufficient for a warm up session. Chronic or older injuries, the longer, the better. New injuries use ice or cold therapy, wait 36 hours before applying Mirotec Wraps and ensure there is no bleeding or internal bruising.

What results should I expect?

Some customers report fast relief from such conditions as lower back pain, neck pain or pain in the knees. In a short period of time you feel heat and a light moisture forming in the part of the body being treated. This far infrared and moist heat therapy increases blood circulation, relaxes muscle tension and decreases pain sensation.

What sort of problems does Mirotec work with?

Mirotec Wraps effectively support both recent injuries and chronic conditions by penetrating tissues faster (2 hours compared to 8 hours) and deeper than dry heat. The increased blood flow helps manage chronic pain by quickly delivering essential nutrients and removing waste products from the area. This process also assists injury recovery and healing.

Will Mirotec Wraps  replace my masseur, chiropractor, acupuncture, etc?

Mirotec Wraps are designed to complement other treatments and natural remedies, not replace them. They work exceptionally well before, after, or during massages and can help you warm up or recover naturally between visits to your masseur, chiropractor, or practitioner.

Some health care professionals prefer that Mirotec Wraps are used prior to therapy to enhance treatments.

Return & Exchange Policy:

• Returns: New, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange. Items must arrive at MIRoTEC Australia (Gill Group International Pty Ltd -GGI) within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions:

• Items must be in resaleable condition, including original packaging and tags, at the full RRP (subject to GGI’s discretion).
• Buyer covers shipping costs, except in cases of our error.
• If items are not resaleable, they will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
• Dirty items will not be accepted and will be returned at the buyer’s expense.

• We do not accept COD returns.
  Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched.

All returned products must be in saleable condition to be eligible for an exchange.
